The historical heritage of the Majapahit Kingdom
According to the Ciwirable YouTube channel, this temple left by the Majapahit Empire is only a foundation with several artifacts and ruins arranged around it. Meanwhile, on the foundation, there is only a two-layered base, which is in the shape of a patma or lotus flower.
Meanwhile, at the corner of the foundation, there are four andesite stones, which are the top fragments of the temple. This temple is a Hindu-Buddhist temple because a Yoni and a Nandini statue were found.
The statue of Nandini, which is the vehicle of Lord Shiva, In the middle, there is also a fragment of the top of the temple, with a phallus piled on top.
The phallus, a historical heritage of the Majapahit Kingdom, is shaped like a pillar and has the meaning of fertility. Each phallus is usually always paired with Yoni.
This is a symbol of the union of Lord Shiva with Parwati, who is his partner. It turns out that the phallus has a history and origins too.

Fight the magic of Lord Vishnu and Brahma
It is said that in the story of Lord Vishnu and Lord Brahma, they one day argued about the greatness of each other. The debate between the two was heard by Lord Shiva, who was then angry with their behavior and transformed himself into a very high crystal phallus.
Seeing the phallus, both were amazed and curious, then changed their respective forms to find out about the phallus. Lord Vishnu turned into a swallow, which flew up into the sky to find the end of the phallus.
Meanwhile, Lord Brahma turned himself into a pig as big as a mountain to find the base of the phallus on earth. But all the supernatural power and strength of the two to find the base and the end of the phallus were not successful.
They finally realized that there is still a power that is stronger than the supernatural powers they have. Under the Sari temple hill, there is a spring that is commonly used by the community.
It is said that under the Sari Temple, which is a historical relic of the Majapahit Kingdom, there is a spring that can turn the island of Java into an ocean. So it is believed that when the temple is revoked, water will come out from under it. (*)
